wednesday whereabouts: root city market + our vacay

It is so weird to be down to one child in the house. I’m not sure what to do with all the quiet. And Ella is pretty much attached to my hip cause there’s no one to play with. I’m trying to enjoy the time with her and not miss the boys too, too much. Saturday when we were getting ready for the day she decided to head on out with my bag and bracelet. I had to snap a pic – melt my heart. Life would not be complete without this little gal in our family.

We had fun browsing Root City Market last weekend. Their website describes it as “London weekend market meets the Brooklyn Flea”… how could you not want to drop by that?! I loved the venue and learning about so many local/southern artists. We loved chatting with the creators of our salvaged life. This piece below was on display, but they also do custom orders. I’m thinking something Texas-related from them is in our future…

We picked up a cup of Wanderlust coffee on the way out and I’ve daydreaming about another ever since. I typically like my coffee scalding hot but this coffee is brewed to be cold, which is pretty fantastic with this Georgia heat. You don’t even have to add creamer and it tastes amazing. Octane carries this coffee and I went to order one this week, but the barista told us they sold out within 24 hours of stocking it. Here’s a list of locations you can find – I know I’m on the hunt!

I wore this outfit to lunch earlier this week. I love Julie Brown colors and patterns. This top is old {purchased at Poppys boutique}, I’ve linked a few other JB pieces here . This cream colored denim is on repeat this summer cause it pretty much goes with anything and you can dress it up or down.

Gigi New York is having a 25% off white sale. I’ve got my eye on the Uber Clutch.

Tomorrow Robby and I are off to Montego Bay sans kids for some fun in the sun and relaxation. I get nervous about all my babies being so far away, but praying I can take it all in and have some fun. Here are a few things I’m packing along with boat loads of Sun Bum.
