I had so much fun attending Atlanta’s most fashionable event last night, Jeffrey Fashion Cares! It has grown to be one of the largest combined AIDS and breast cancer benefits in the country. This year the venue was Phipps Plaza and I really did not know what to expect being in the center of a shopping mall. But what guests walked into was truly a transformation. White curtains strung to the ceiling created a corridor of fashion, luxury handbags and high-end jewels with a red-hot Porsche right in the center! One of the most exciting {in my humble opinion} and highest grossing on the live auction docket was the illustrious Vogue Trip. It entails a trip for two to New York Fashion Week, lunch with a Vogue Market Stylist and surprise event during NY Fashion Week. Chic hotel included. This zinger raised $10,000! We met the live auctioneers after the show and they are a sweet couple with four kids and apparently in-demand on the auctioneer circuit.
