I’ve been working on the kids’ rooms on-and-off all summer. As you may or may not know high school age kids spend lots of time in their room {yes I know…shocker}. We’ve always had a navy/Auburn(ish) theme going on in Connor’s space and it was time for a face lift. I picked up this sailboat painting at our local Home Goods on sale and C loved it so much he said he wanted his room to have more of the this color scheme. I was stoked because grown boy rooms can be challenging! The bull horns is another TJ Maxx Home Goods find. I love the way it looks above the closet as you walk in. These IKEA shelves are several years old and I really wanted to get rid of them because they’re a little banged up. But instead to save on my budget I cleared out all the clutter on top of them and found the new coordinating storage bins at Target.
