pattern mixing and play dates

It turns out kids aren’t the only ones that can have a fun play date.
topgolfcollierroadWe recently celebrated a sweet friend’s birthday at Top Golf Atlanta in Midtown, and though initially in shock over the weekend crowd we quickly found our groove once we were settled at our tee. Shortly after our seating the apps and cocktails began to flow and we were in adult play date heaven! #thatshowitsdone
robbygolfingI highly recommend checking it out!

The kids had a blast hanging out at Catch Air recently with some long-time buds. I seriously love this spot because you can actually carry on a little bit of a conversation because there’s no where for them to escape!
Ice cream of course adds to the experience.

Pattern mixing is one of my favorite ways to jazz up an otherwise boring ensemble. This stripe top {similar here and here} wasn’t getting it done for me until I threw on a fab polka dot scarf {similar here} to compliment.

It’s all the rage right now and for a good reason. Pattern mixing is a great way to repurpose pieces in your wardrobe. These silk florals are comfy enough to pass for sleep pants, yet I can wear them with heels and call it a day.

Now that’s a piece really working hard for ya! Mine sold out but here are several similar ones at varying price points.
