Green Machine Smoothie with Hemp Protein

This drink gives me all kinds of mommy super powers! No but seriously, I really get a boost when I start my mornings off with this mix. If I don’t have time to whip it up in the morning it’s also a great source of post-workout protein. I use my single serve Ninja, fill it to the top and hit blend.

Green Machine Smoothie

Handful of greens (I like baby kale and/or baby spinach)
1 1/2 cups of coconut water
2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
1/4 cup frozen organic mangos
1/4 cup frozen organic pineapples
2-3 slices of frozen organic peaches
1/2 banana (frozen or fresh)

Hit blend and enjoy! It looks like it tastes like sipping spinach, but truely all you taste is the fruit.
