I made it back to Atlanta and scooped up my sweet Ella from Camp Granna. Ella has become quite the little chatterbox and she kept talking about butterflies so I googled to see if there were any exhibits going on. Fully expecting that we’d have to drive to Callaway Gardens, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the Chattahoochee Nature Center has one going on now through July 31st. We stopped for lunch at one of my very favorite spots in the Atlanta area – Roswell Provisions. I’ve actually never eaten at their full restaurant upstairs, but I sure do love stopping in here and seeing what kind of treats they have.
It’s so cozy and it feels like you’ve taken a step back in time to some surreal little french cafe. Just love it.
I’ve been to one other butterfly exhibit that I can recall, and this one was way cooler! The tent they have set up is on a smaller scale than I’ve seen before, making it a close-and-personal encounter with all these beautiful butterflies. They are landing on your clothes, hair and eating nectar straight from your hands – what?!
This is a fun summer outfit I wore to a birthday party the other night. My love of blush tones continues.
