Pretty much everyone in our family has been sick at some point this week. One of the biggest challenges of that is that the show must go on for the non-sickly. In a family of six this is just a given, and it’s always a challenge.
One particular day Ella woke up having me worried with her temp and round-the-clock coughing {err more like hacking}. And though my Ella is quite the charmer, I don’t think fellow grocers would appreciate her coughing all over their produce.
After a long morning at the doctor and one very chatty repairman I decided to turn to Instacart. I seriously don’t know what I did before this option! It’s like a little slice of heaven to receive groceries at your doorstep, especially when life is getting a little cray cray.
